The top of this dress is a traditional cotton jersey sailor shirt with 3/4 sleeves and 2 buttons at the shoulder opening. The organic cotton jersey is grown in Texas, spun and knit in North Carolina. It is high waisted and the the Alice in Wonderland Liberty of London skirt is gathered. Wear it walking along rocky beaches, jumping over seaweed and picking rose-hips all the way to the lighthouse. Add a sweater on boat rides, and watch the waves for seals and the sky for osprey! 

The "Gallymoggers Reynard" Liberty fabric is a modern interpretation of the Charles Voysey 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' print and an illustrative representation of the wonderful characters featured in the novels.
