It is high waisted and the skirt is gathered. Wear it walking along rocky beaches, jumping over seaweed and picking rose-hips all the way to the lighthouse. Add a sweater on boat rides, and watch the waves for seals and the sky for osprey! The perfect dress for all seasons.
