The top of this dress is a traditional cotton jersey sailor shirt with 3/4 sleeves and 2 buttons at the shoulder opening. The organic cotton jersey is grown in Texas, spun and knit in North Carolina. It is high waisted and the skirt is gathered. Wear it walking along rocky beaches, jumping over seaweed and picking rose-hips all the way to the lighthouse. Add a sweater on boat rides, and watch the waves for seals and the sky for osprey! The perfect dress for all seasons.
